“BUWELCO” EAD has started the implementation of project BG05SFPR002-1.004-1136 “Ensuring sustainable working conditions and improving the quality of workplaces at BUWELCO EAD”, funded under the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027, procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 “Adapted Working Environment”.

The project aims to achieve sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of workplaces at BUWELCO EAD by improving health and safety at work and applying “green” models for organising work processes and workplaces, in order to meet the challenges faced by the company and its employees in the transition to a climate-neutral economy.

Main objective of the project: Ensuring sustainable and safe working conditions and improving the quality of workplaces at BUWELCO EAD.

Specific objectives of the project:
* Adapting the company and its workplaces to the challenges of the transition to a climate-neutral economy and to changing work models;
* Improving working conditions and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.

Expected results of the project:
* Modern and effective collective and personal protective equipment provided for employees;
* Reduced risks to the health and safety of employees;
* Environmentally friendly models for organising work processes and workplaces introduced.

Total project value: BGN 365,092.62, of which BGN 310,328.72 (85%) EU funding and BGN 54,763.90 (15%) national funding.
